Ordering

Q: How do I place an order?
Browse our products, choose your size, and click “Add to cart.” Follow the checkout steps, and you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
No. We start processing immediately to ensure fast shipping. Once placed, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

Q: I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Email info@elm-ivyboutique.com

Q: Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards – perfect as a present.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is free for all orders.

Q: How long does shipping take?
That depends on your country. See our shipping policy for more details.

Q: How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Q: My tracking says “No information available.”
Updates may take a few days. If it’s been more than 5 business days, email info@elm-ivyboutique.com

Q: What happens if my package is lost?
With insured shipping, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund.
With standard shipping, we’ll resend your package if it gets lost in transit.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses?
Yes, we do.

Q: Do your dresses run true to size?
Yes, they fit true to size. Exact measurements are shown in the size chart/size quiz on each product page.

Q: What materials are your dresses made of?
Mostly cotton/polyester blends. The product page lists details for each item.

Q: Are the dresses see-through?
No. Our fabric provides full coverage and comfort – no slip dress needed.

Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated.

Q: Do you offer custom-made pieces?
Not at the moment.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn (trying on is fine), unwashed, and in original condition. Email info@elm-ivyboutique.com to start a return.

Q: How do I start a return?
Email your order number and the reason for return to info@elm-ivyboutique.com We’ll guide you through the process.

Q: Are returns free?
Not at this time, unless the item is damaged or incorrectly shipped.

Q: When will I get my refund?
Within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
Yes. The easiest way is to email us at info@elm-ivyboutique.com and we’ll assist you through the return/exchange process.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Q: Is checkout secure?
Absolutely. Our site uses SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways.

Q: Do I have to pay taxes or customs fees?
Taxes are included in your total at checkout. Import duties may apply depending on your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
